Our Story

Our founder, Dhosjan Greenaway-Dalini created Bia Innovate with a singular goal.  To build innovative companies.  We do this by empowering individuals and startups to be the best version of themselves.

As former VP of Finance and Revenue Operations with over two decades of experience, Dhosjan brings a practical blend of financial strategy and operational rigour. She has advised startups and growing businesses, delivering high-level CFO-style guidance,  while setting up the operational fundamentals that teams need to scale smoothly.   Her journey as a commercial business partner and advisor is marked by a commitment to scaling operations and providing expert guidance across various sectors, including SaaS, AI, FinTech, marketing, offshore finance, health & safety, and non-profit. This experience includes UK and US-based businesses, with  offices in additional locations around the world.

Dhosjan earned her Executive MBA from Imperial College London, specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  This enhanced her financial acumen and instilled a philosophy of continuous innovation and adaptability when solving unique business challenges on the road to growth.
